We do every effort to fulfil your order which has been placed so if once the order is confirmed then it can’t be cancel or modify. However, If we are not able to process your order so will contact you and discuss that what best can be done with your order.

 

Once the order has been successfully placed on website fusionvogue.com that it can’t be cancel in any situation so there is no point of refund of your amount. For some very rare case of exchange and return you have to contact via whatsapp +91-8005744084 within 24-48 hours of delivery and in the name of refund you will get store credit only.

 

Although If you have received any damage or wrong product then you order will be eligible for exchange and return. 

For any claims of missing or defective product, please make a complete un-boxing video of the delivered parcel and send on whatsapp on +91-8005744084 mentioning your order ID or write on admin@fusionvogue.com , we will guide you thereafter.
